- Each shirt is custom printed, cut and sewn just for you when you place your order – there may be small differences in the design on the seams and / or arms due to the custom nature of the production process.
Note: Please check the size chart and measuring instruction carefully before placing order as we CAN NOT offer return or refund if you choose a wrong size. Any modifications must be done within 24 hours after placing order. All orders will be produced after 24 hours so once exceed 24 hours, you CAN NOT cancel/change the order. Please understand for us.

- Orders can be canceled or modified within 2 hours after being placed.
- Due to unforeseeable delivery bottlenecks with our suppliers as well as delivery companies, deliveries may be delayed depending on situation or circumstance. We apologize for any transpired inconvenience during the shipping process.
- Tracking Number: When available, we will send you the tracking number with the confirmation email so that you can track the package online.
- The above time frame is only applied for orders in the US with standard shipping methods.

Below are the conditions under which a refund will be granted.
- If the product you purchased is completely non-functional (Damaged/ Low - quality item, wrong item)
- If you did not receive your product within 60 business days after the date you placed your order.

- Fill wrong buyer information
- Gift cards.
- Digital image.

The refund will go back to your account in 5-10 business days.
- You are expected to pay for your shipping costs for the returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- If you are shipping an item over $150, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for extra safety.
- If you get one of the shipping issues below, please contact us to report the issue and request a refund or a replacement.
- The package was delivered to the incorrect address.
- If the package has arrived at a location different from the recipient’s address, we will refund or replace the item.
- The post office provided a notice that the package was lost in the mail.
- We will be happy to replace the order that was lost in the mail or refund your order.
If the item(s) you received meets one of the conditions below, please contact us to report the issue and request a refund or a replacement.

- Low - quality items ( such as blurry printing, faded printing, etc.)

- Missing item
Please attach the shipping label, the product photograph, and the video of yourself unboxing the package within 5 days since you have received it. If you can not provide the evidence in this time, we can't offer you a replacement or refund.
