Do you ship worldwide? What is the shipping fee?
+ Yes. We are providing international shipping.
However, due to some postal problems, we can’t deliver a shipment to the military area and some small countries. The shipping cost is $7.99 for the first item, plus $2 for each subsequent 0.5 kg of weight.
- We use DHL express for orders over 18 items and Free Shipping.
How long does shipping take ?

We only receive the product price. The extra money may be charged by the bank as the bank fee. Hope you can understand.

Can I Return All Or Part Of My Bulk Order?

Our personalized products cannot be returned unless it is defective or damaged. Please refer to our Shipping & Returns Policy on Damaged/Misprinted Items or contact our customer service for return.

What If I Received A Defective Product?

We happily exchange all items that are defective due to a manufacturing error with another non-defective product or a full refund. There are several things to keep in mind when exchanging a defective product.

All defective products must be reported within 7 days of delivery. Items that may be defective which have surpassed the 7 day period may be re-evaluated by a sales representative. Normal wear is not considered defective manufacturing.
