Can I combine orders on multiple accounts into a single account?

How do I leave the program?

How to earn points?
We suggest a lot of actions that help you earn points, many of them do not require spending money: refer friends, fill in your birthday, follow our Facebook page/Instagram profile, etc
How do I view my points?
You can view your total points at any time by logging in to your account on our website in which you are a loyal member. If you have opted to receive emails regarding your account, a monthly statement will be emailed to you showing the total available points.
What can I spend my points on?
You can spend your Reward Points at any time for any purchase from our website.
I’ve placed an order, when will I receive my points?
You will receive your points immediately in a pending state - these will be approved 3 days after you have paid.
How long do I have to use my points?
Points expire 6 months after your last purchase, so as long as you keep purchasing, your points will not expire.
Can I use my reward points with a discount code?
Reward points cannot be used at the same time as a discount code when making a purchase. You will still earn reward points on transactions when you are using a discount code.
How will I know when I qualify for a new tier?
Once you've placed an order that qualifies you to level up tiers, you'll receive an email from Trending Custom letting you know that you've moved up and what benefits you have unlocked.
What are the benefits?
The benefits of the program vary depending on your tier status, but all members receive a birthday gift, access to order history and tracking, special discount, and free shipping based on eligibility, and more.
How and when will I receive my birthday gift?
All members who have indicated their birthday within their account will be sent a birthday surprise during the month of their birthday. Notification will be sent to you via email, so it is important that you are opted in to receive marketing emails from Trending Custom. Login to your account to indicate your birthday here
